TAKE ACTION TO PASS AB 700!

TAKE ACTION TO GET AB 700 TO THE NEXT STEP!
The Creative Industries Revitalization Act

AB 700 passed the Assembly Revenue & Taxation Committee on Monday, April 27. Your emails of support made the difference.

~NEXT STEPS:
In May, AB 700 will go before the Assembly Appropriations Committee. It has to pass this committee to survive!

~WE CAN’T STOP NOW!
It is essential to increase the number of organizations who submit letters of support for a public investment in the arts and the communities they serve. We must build a huge ground swell to move AB 700 forward.

~YOU CAN DO THIS!
Executive Directors, board members and arts patrons that own businesses impacted by the arts need to fax a support letter this week to Assistant Majority Leader Paul Krekorian at (916) 319-2143 so we can build an unprecedented list of supporters. Click here for the list of current supporters.

~TAKE ACTION TO PASS AB 700!
Please fax your letter immediately to Paul Krekorian at (916) 319-2143 with copies to CAA (916) 979-1116 and Kathy Lynch (916) 443-7353
